Alison Peters

Alison joined Grace House in 2018 having worked in dentistry for nearly 40 years. She was well known at the home as her mother had dementia and had been cared for at the Christian Care Trust, firstly through day care in the original building and then as the first new resident in the Grace House building when it opened in 2005. Having been a keen supporter of the trust since its inception, Alison became a trustee after her mother passed away in 2010.

A committed Christian at St Paul’s Church, Finchley, Alison later stepped down as trustee to take on the role of Care Manager where she combines her love of caring for elderly, with a commission to ensure the Christian values and ethos of the trust are maintained. She also oversees the training and development of the caring staff. She has a passion for learning and continues her own development by working on advanced courses in care management as well as researching to understand the complexities of the residents’ conditions.

We’ll being adding more about our loving team of carers very soon.
