Welcome
Grace House is a small and loving Christian residential care home in Finchley, North London, providing personalised care in a warm and welcoming environment.
We support people of all denominations who may be experiencing the challenges of later life or who have other care needs. Our aim is to provide high-quality accommodation and person-centred care that meets the needs of each resident and gives reassurance to their families.
We are especially valued for our caring, family atmosphere and our Christian ethos. We want every resident to feel safe, respected and truly at home.
Grace House is run by the Christian Care Trust, a registered charity. The home was established in 2000 to meet a growing need in Barnet for care within a Christian family environment. We continue to maintain close links with local churches and there is an active Christian life within the home.
Our facilities have been extensively refurbished in recent years, including the installation of lifts and the addition of a large garden pavilion for residents to enjoy.
